Domestic Return Policy

Returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds will not be issued to the original payment method.Store credit covers the value of the returned item(s) only and does not include any original shipping charges.Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including return label fees.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date shown on the order. To qualify for store credit, items must:

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Be free of odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, and stains

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at formetstudiocollection@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted, as we are unable to determine whether the damage occurred during wear.

Store credit will be issued only after your return has been received and processed.

Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

All hats, bags, and bodysuits are considered FINAL SALE.

Please allow up to 5 business days for return processing. Once approved, your store credit will be issued as an electronic gift card. Any return shipping label fees will be deducted from the credited amount.

Returns must be submitted through your customer account page. Any returns sent outside of this process will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
